Language Settings affecting .NET Framework install
Aaron Stebner's WebLog recently posted an article on how the install of .NET Framework on Windows XP SP2 can fail if the default system locale is set to a language that the .NET Framework does not recognize.  This bug was found after Microsoft shipped Enabling Language Kits (ELKs) for 25 new locales that did not match the .NET Framework languages.  This bug has now been fixed in the .NET Framework 1.0 SP3 and 1.1 SP1, however Aaron's post describes how to get around this bug.
