Do you use twitter?

So many people I talk to lately are using things like twitter, facebook, linkedin, etc.  I have accounts, but I haven’t really gotten into any of these services yet.  I am trying tough.  I think this is a sign that I am getting old and out of touch;).  When it comes to all this social networking stuff, I still don’t think I “get it” like everyone else seems to.  Maybe it is because I spend so many hours a day communicating for work that when I flip the “personal life switch” I just want to relax.  Now that I think of it, this has nothing to do with twitter, facebook, etc.  Any of my close friends know that I don’t even like to talk on the phone.  I prefer face to face socialization.

Ok, so I started this post to encourage people to socialize with me on twitter, but I think I just discouraged you from it!  Well, if you are not discouraged and you are on twitter.  Feel free tweet me (isn’t that what it is called?), follow me, etc.  I’ll do the same.
