I am still confused about how your service differs from Pablo's Astoria coming from an AJAX\JSON perspective, I can see the great value this framework provides when developing with Silverlight.

With ASP.AJAX/Jquery on the client how I do interact with your framework, how do I choose between Astoria and the RIA framework

I hope MS does not confuse us mere mortals again remember LINQ to SQL and LINQ to Enities
