So if it was good to get the documentation out there yesterday, it is way better to get the framework runtime out there to today. Right now it is for MSDN subscribers (http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/) and not long till general availability.

Note that this is a major checkpoint on the way to Beta 1 and leaves our (really) early PDC 2003 bits far behind. So much has changed since then and all for the better. If you have any interest in building the next generation of distributed apps, and you don't want to spend four years building a comprehensive WS-* stack, go get the download and use ours.

Over the next day or two I'll post an example about how to use these bits to take a COM+ or Enterprise Services app and turn it into a rich WS-* web service - no code required.

Now go play, and as ever your feedback is welcome. Shout loud enough and things will get change (very chance of that), shout really loud and really quickly and things will change for beta (slim chance). The most significant reason for releasing this build at this time is to get real customer input.
