IE Developer Center Refresh

We've just redesigned and refreshed the Developer Center for IE on MSDN. What do you think?

As always all feedback on documentation is appreciated. If you see something that is wrong please let us know so we can fix it.

Thanks
-Dave

Well it looks good, is nicely organized I had no trouble finding what I wanted to do. However unfortunately all samples for everything is C++, no managed code (C#).

Biggest thing in my own opinion that needs to happen is there just needs to be a .net based sdk built for IE. I really like IE 7 it is my browser of choice, however it could use some enhancements for my personal taste. Chances are since I see things I would like to have in there, others would too. I wouldn't mind giving these away for free either much the way FF has a ton of free add ons. However in all honesty, I am not about to go back to pre .net programming and mess with guids and the registry and so on which everything I wanted to do that was the first place it took me was creating GUIDS and the registry. I have been hooked on C# since late 2001. I have fought with com, corba, even beans for way too long before that. I have even packed away all my old com books. You got to admit the old com model guids and so on are such a pain. My only suggestion would be to bring the SDK for IE into the 21st century and better yet .net.

Oh and hint hint, bring back DHTML Dude articles. They were always great I learned a lot over the years from those good old articles.

# Problems with installing IE 7 @ Sunday, September 10, 2006 1:42 PM

i installed IE 7 beta yesterday evening and when i completed installation i was prompted to restart my laptop. when i did so, i got a message that
" Windows cannot access  the specified device, file or path. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item".

i clicked ok on that message box and my laptop booted fully. the problem i now find is there is not a single program i can access since i get the same error message.

i cannot access anything on start menu, nor can i access anything on control panel since i am getting the same error message.

pleas help urgently.
