What's new for the Tablet PC in XP SP2?

I’ve found that these enhancements have made it much more possible to use a “slate” Tablet PC like the Motion M1400. Before this I could only use a convertible like the Toshiba Portege 3500 because I felt like I “needed” the keyboard a lot more.
