download the Oracle add-in for VS2003 and .NET

I had previously mentioned that Oracle planned to release a VS2003 add-in.   InfoWorld reports that Oracle has delivered it.  Download it here.  Nice!

Your existing projects will refuse to work against your good old ODP.NET version, and even if you manage to uninstall ODP.NET 10 (which you can be sure it can't be done easily) then "something" will stay there and won't let your friend to work.
