My name's Doug Gowans. ...I started my career with Microsoft over 5 years ago and since then have had spells working in Premier Support, Premier Field Engineering and now with Microsoft Consulting Services as a Senior Infrastructure Consultant. I have spent the majority of my working life working with Exchange Server and over the last 3 or 4 years alone have worked with well over 100 companies. I have built up a broad base of experience from the many Exchange administrators I have worked with, both in the Middle East, and in Europe and I hope this blog will be a useful place for Exchange administrators and consultants to look at from time to time to get some tips and tricks about how to administer and design for Exchange Server.
