The MSDN site will focus on all of the technical details. It should be your first port of call for the nitty gritty details on how to design and implement a smart client application. The Microsoft site will focus on the business value of smart clients and will show how a smart client architecture can make perfect business sense. It will contain links to customer case studies and success stories.
