# re: MSDN Chat - April 9th

Hi

I am trying to run a simple load test involvoing a test computer on which I have installed VSTS 2008 and SQL express and I am testing the load on a server on which I have installed te application. I wanted to see the % CPU usage on the server machine.

For this I added the performance counter exactly as told

"In the Computer drop-down combo box, type the name of the computer you want to map to. Alternatively, select one of the computers in the drop-down list"

When I drill down to the counter and then right click and then select the Add Counter and then select the computer from drop down it gives me the following error " Cant read performance counter catagories for coputer ----  How will i get the performance on the server on which I am doing the load testing.
