F# 1.1.10.2 installation problem on Visual Studio.NET 2003

F# 1.1.10.2 has an unexpected problem with installation of the Visual Studio support for Visual Studio 2003. Many thanks to optionsScalper for reporting this problem early. If you use VS 2003 please wait until we release a new version early next week
