&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;- OS (Vista/XP etc.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;- Are you an admin on the machine?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;- Follow the instructions in the README-fsharp.html re. looking for particular registry settings.&lt;/p&gt;
