Vista - screen not rotating on Toshiba Portégé M400
I had a problem with rotation on a fresh Vista install on my new M400. After installed every drivers (both required and optional ones), it turns out that there's on more package needs to be installed in order to get the screen rotation feature on Windows Vista and it's the Tablet PC Extension Package, latest version is 1.0.0.1 which can be downloaded at
