CRM Online Email Address vs Windows Live ID

The Window Live ID is used to login into the system and it's used to invite the user when they first put in the system.  CRM Online requires the user to login with a Windows Live ID. However, this doesn't mean that they have to get their email at that same address.

Step 1 : Admin creates a user and enters the windows live id. JohnDoe@live.com

Step 2: Admin invites the user to join CRM Online

Step 3: CRM Online sends the invite link to JohnDoe@live.com

Step 4: John checks his email at JohnDoe@live.com and accepts the invite by clicking on the link in the mail.

Step 5: John does not want to receive CRM Online email at JohnDoe@live.com but instead at JohnD@Acme.com

Step 6: Admin changes the email address for John in the CRM Online to JohnD@Acme.com

John still logins in with his Windows Live ID, JohnDoe@live.com but receives his email at JohnD@Acme.com
