Diagnosing Outlook Client Issues

From time to time you may find that your Dynamics CRM Client for Outlook isn't performing as well as you would like.  If that's the case, there's a wonderful tool that can help you quickly diagnose and resolve many of your issues.  It's called Microsoft Dynamics CRM Diagnostics, and it is very easy to work with.

From your Windows Start Menu navigate to All Programs > Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 > Diagnostics.

The tool only takes a couple of minutes to run, then offers solutions to potential issues, and may even offer to fix them for you at the click of a button.
