Customise the Microsoft Dynamics GP Splash Screen

Remember the Splash Screen when launching Great Plains and you were greated by that sexy voice that said "Welcome to Dynamics"! Well, I can't get you the sexy "Welcome to Dynamics" but I can get you the Splash Screen. It was removed in Version 9.0 but
