How to Convert VMWare Machines to Microsoft Virtual Machines (VHD)

I was struggling with this for some time.  Here is a great link on how to do it easily!  Many customers are moving to Virtual Server because of its portability (not to mention its price!) and interoperability with Virtual PC.
