I've installed Silverlight 1.0 and I don't see anything on this entry except the "Get Microsoft Silverlight" button.
I guess this is on Silverlight 1.1 which is only available as a developer preview. But you can get it at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/silverlight/bb419317.aspx this one is worth seeing :)
