Internal dogfooder reported this tip today: The recommended install sequence is VSTS and then installing the TF client. However if you accidentally install TF client first, and then VSTS, and you don't see the standard TFS menu choices when you open the IDE, here's a workaround: run devenv /resetsettings csharp.vssettings and then next time you open the IDE you should see the Team System options.
