Weijuan's bio

Hello, I am Weijuan Shi, Program Manager of the Embedded Windows Customer Strike Team. Yes, I am the one you can dump all your complaints (and compliments) about our product and I will “fight” for you within Microsoft? :-)  My commitment is to help our invaluable customers to have a better experience of our product and do your business better. Period.

Before I joined Microsoft, I was a Unix/Linux developer. I started with Microsoft as a Developer Support Engineer for Windows device drivers in 2002. After a year, I joined Windows Core OS Division as a Test Developer on Windows Vista reliability features, such as Disk Failure Diagnostics, Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). Later I also worked as the Program Manager for an internal testing infrastructure: Windows Longhaul Testing.

Outside work, I enjoy volunteering for nonprofit orgs or community events, especially those China or education related ones.
