Workflow error messages “Invalid message sequence”

We often get following error messages concerning workflow: Dynamics Adapter CallStaticClassMethod failed. SysWorkflowEventService-onAcknowledgeWorkItem Invalid message sequence - missing Activation message. Microsoft.Dynamics.BusinessConnectorNet.XppException

Workflow - user abc has no access to menu item PurchReqTable

Lately for one of the user I run into following problem with Purchase approval workflow. During Workflow process assignment customer get error and Workflow is stopped. We get following error: "User abc has no access to menu item PurchReqTable.” where

An error message shows up on Role Center after successfully deleting a company account

When you are using Dynamics AX 2009 with Workflow and Role Center set up you might run into the following issue after you deleted a company account. If you delete the company account ceu for example you might see the following Event logged to your Applicaiton
