When is $40 really $2,400 - when it is a SaaS Application
SaaS is great, SaaS is wonderful, SaaS gives you per seat per month costs with immediate exit options....

I popped over to SugarCRM - an Open Source ISV I had come across in my travels around the blogosphere.
$40 per seat/month it proclaimed. I though "Why not" - it would be fun to try being a consumer of SaaS.

Step 2. Hmmm.... $480 and.... minimum of 5
Step 3. Ah... maybe not...
