And now...the end is near...
In the MSDN Flash June 25th issue my colleague Mike gave his farewell. His mention of a typewriter has inadvertently reminded me of a great story from my early days of playing around with computers - but I will save that for "Editor's Intro" in the next Flash, due in stores on July 9th (and expect a few Visual Basic bits and bobs to sneak in...)

My short, supply-teacher-style stint as editor for the MSDN Flash is coming to a close. The next issue of the Flash will be produced by my colleague Mr Eric Nelson who's just servicing his electric typewriter as I write and fitting a new ribbon :-)
