Building a "brand new application" - WPF, ADO.NET Data Services, LINQ to Entities with .NET Framework 3.5 SP1

Visual Basic remains incredibly popular - but don't just take my word for it

I see in my travels lots of developers using C# - but I also see plenty doing Visual Basic .NET, just not quite as many. I have been attempting to get a better feel for just how many folks are using which - and have been using highly scientific techniques
