CAB CTP2 Release plan updated

We have just announced a new release plan for the CAB. The CTP 2 will be available on October 7th. (2 weeks from now). Initially, we had planned to release it on Friday 23rd. The delay is rooted in our decision to target .NET 2.0 Release Candidate instead
