Good articles on CAB CTP2 changes that might affect you

Brad Wilson and Ed Jezierski have posted good articles drilling down on specific changes on CAB.

This one is about WorkItemExtensions, a mechanism to extend WorkItems without changing the original code. Brad covers here three topics that you are very likely to use. I gave an introduction in my recent post, but these are much more detailed:

  1. More on public API changes and new attributes.
  2. Where is the old "ApplicationHost"? How this affects startup?
  3. The CabApplication<> and Family classes. Also on startup.

In the following days we will compile all this information in one place for better reference. Hope this helps in the meantime.
