MSDTC and Exchange Clusters - documentation updated

The Exchange 2003 Deployment Guide has just been updated (at this link) to reflect the best practice recommendations for MSDTC that were revealed in this posting (also here on the EHLO blog).

Also, the related articles KB.312316 (“Setup does not install Exchange on a cluster if the MSDTC resource is not running”) and KB.301600 (“How to configure Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator on a Windows Server 2003 cluster”) are both in the process of being updated to match the Deployment Guide as I write this.
