BearingPoint, Microsoft on EDGAR Overhaul
BearingPoint will be one of several subcontractors working on a major overhaul of the Securities and Exchange Commission's electronic filing system. Microsoft, EMC, Rivet Software, Akamai and Vistronnix are also subcontractors.
