Google Maps

Google Desktop - Part 2

Nathan Weinberg apparently spoke to Google's Marrisa Mayer and comments on my concerns . Nathan claims that #10 and #1 are by design. Yes, apparently they are by design - it would be quite hard to incidentally hook up the WinInet.dll or to install a BHO.

Why I don't play with Linux...

It's not because I work for Microsoft. It's because I am not able to install Linux on my home machine. [Waiting patiently for all the laughing to die...] So far I've tried two different distros. Both of them died before the install process even started.
