The Australian "dotnet" mailing list has had a good thread recently about ASP.NET + SQL Hosting in Australia.

I initially posted the question onto the group and after researching that list netlogistics and xhostsolutions appear to offer the best value for money on a disk space / data transfer basis.

HostingShop.com.au shouldn't be left off the list. Their ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL solution is kinda hard to find but I've been running a number of sites for clients both large and small. Their support is excellent and the newer configs have great control panels and options to tweak the box pretty much how you like. I may be over in the US now, but from a quick look around here they even stack up pretty well on the pricing....
