&lt;p&gt;I'm three months into a US move myself and I couldn't be happier. There's a lot more going on in our space and seemingly endless conferences and opportunities to bounce of the best in the business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At the same time - Yanks love Aussies. Your wife and kids will have a blast.&lt;/p&gt;
