&lt;p&gt;My point is there are only so many hours in a day, and you find yourself wondering how other busy people manage what they are reading... &amp;nbsp;having a PA censor your input is good if you have a trustworthy PA and you can afford it... &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I cant...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So invariably, discussions occur which I feel I can contribute positively to and genuinely interest me, and I miss out... &amp;nbsp;This true also of meetings and interactions...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It finds me stuffing 48 hours of work into 14 hour work days through some serious multitasking... &amp;nbsp; leaving me 2 hours to wind down and choose how I interact with the online community personally. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I reckon the buck stops all... &amp;nbsp;not here.&lt;/p&gt;
