Don Canning - Innovation, Insurance, Microsoft, you
We were very fortunate to host Don Canning [1] at a customer visit last week. We were talking about innovation+insurance+what Microsoft is doing to enable our customers and partner ecosystem (very cool stuff!). Don is currently the world wide director for insurance in our industry team focusing on customer and partner innovation. He joined the role after a few years working with Microsoft's emerging business team. It was great talking to Don about his geek credentials (he stills has them!) and the kind of work he does connecting businesses to the right teams (research, innovation, product groups) at Microsoft.
