&lt;p&gt;It looks like you have a security policy kicking in and disabling VBScript as a script host. One possible workaround is to re-register VBScript.dll:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\vbscript.dll&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Let me know if that fix it for you.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'll blog about that soon with more details.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Look at the Hopper readme file at:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;C:\Program Files\Windows Mobile 6 SDK\Tools\Hopper\Readme.txt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You need to customize the FocusApp to call the application you want to test and then you run both FocusApp and Hopper. The Readme has the details.&lt;/p&gt;
