Workaround 1 & 2 worked fine.

Will try 3 & 4.

I'm experiencing the problem addressed by workaround #2, but I'm running XP. I installed Visual Studio 2005 and the latest version of ActiveSync. I have tried running the Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK several times. It runs to completion without error. I just don't get the project templates. Any suggestions?

Hi Charles,
Have you tried running setup as admin? You may be hitting exactly the same issue but on a XP box.
