New CTP Of Visual Studio SDK for Orcas

As announced over on the VSX blog, there's a new CTP of the Visual Studio SDK for Orcas.
On the DSL front, this has a step forward in our authoring experience, with a new visual editor for the path syntax that you told us was rather verbose and tricky to deal with.
