Sounds good to me! The bad news is that I'm getting file not found errors displaying the help file contents.

Sample: DNS error for
MSITStore:<Path to CHM>\dv_dslconrd.chm::/html/17a531e2-1964-4a9d-84fd-6fb1b4aee662.htm

Any ideas?

Yep, you're using XP SP2 and you need to "unblock" the .chm. Right-click the file in Explorer, 'Properties', then click that newfangled "unblock" button.
