ISV Royalty Reporting Tips From Debbie Aarivig (World Wide Program Manager ISV Royalty)
Many of you have been contacting me about Royalty reporting issues.
If they are a V3.0 ISV
Under ISV under subheading Training- This guide will walk them through the process
2. If they did not get a MOET account when they signed their agreement - have them open an incident in the Call Logging Tool (CLT) on http://www.explore.ms
Step One: Choose Country
Step Two Choose Volume Licensing
Step Three Choose ISV
Step Four Choose inquiry
Step Five Choose Systems/Tools
Step Six Choose MOET
In subject put name of ISV and their agreement # and hit next
In the comments page - type the contact name, telephone number and email address - say they have a V3.0 ISV ROyalty agreement but did not get a MOET account- please set up as ISV is waiting to report
If they have a V2.X agreement they should be submitting their report through the CLT on
