Visual Studio Team Explorer or What Can You Do with A TFS CAL?

This is not 100% complete but I have been getting a lot of questions from my licensing partners and Ajay Sudan kindly supplied this list. 

Please understand it is a work in progress and may be updated as needed.

The Visual Studio Team Explorer is included with every Team Foundation Server CAL. A Team Foundation Server CAL is included with every Visual Studio Team Edition or can be purchased separately. The Visual Studio Team Explorer provides the following functionality:
