Overview:
This two day course will take you through the process of building an application using SQL Server 2005, ASP.NET 2.0, Windows Forms 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005. The course will focus on the new features introduced in these products. The course is geared towards .NET developers with experience using the 1.1 framework. The first day will focus on SQL 2005 and the second day will be spent building the front end.

About the Training:
This course provides attendees with the knowledge necessary to take advantage of new features provided by SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2005. It is not intended to provide complete coverage of SQL Server 2005 topics – rather, it is meant to quickly highlight what has changed and what has been added since previous product releases.

Target Audience:
This course is intended for developers who build solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio.

Prerequisites:
Participants must be familiar with the .NET platform and have had experience using T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Visual Studio and the .NET 1.1 framework.
