I spent a few days in Jackson, Mississippi visiting customers and really enjoyed it.&amp;nbsp; I am working diligently to catch up my skills and knowledge around Business Intelligence and as much as I love working with our developer tools I think BI will step it up a notch. &lt;P&gt;Speaking as someone from an ISV background myself I have never understood open source as a business model. It is easy to see the attractivness to the receiving end of the transaction those that get it for "free" it is even easy to understand those developers that want to give something back and participate in the evolution of something. I just have never understood how the person who signs the checks&amp;nbsp;could justify&amp;nbsp;it. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Guess I am not alone ......&lt;/P&gt;
