A couple of weeks back I had the pleasure to sit down with Fred and Ron and record an architecture podcast or ARCast.

Even though Ron destroyed my name a few times, it was a fun experience :)

I listened to your ARCast and i agree with your point on the data migration need when we move from one provider to other provider. Infact, I am not sure on how this is handled in services like free email, i have no way to migrate my emails from one provider to other today. The problem is existing for a long time now and still there is no solution. The community should wake up and protect customers by coming out with better contracts whether the service is paid for or offered free.
