New comprehensive website for finding Alabama IT Events
Thanks to the diligence of the new president of the Birmingham Software Developers Association Robert Cain, there's now a blog http://altechevents.com that is intended to be a central location for the IT community in Alabama to post and find technology events. Although the primary target is user groups, the organizers of the site are also accepting event posts from businesses that hold any kind of a technical event of interest to the Alabama IT community. The event does not have to be in Alabama, just of interest to people in the state. In addition, the site is going to be open to any technical / user group of any technologies.
