New Software Factories Introduction Article

I just finished a band new article with the topic "Introduction to Software Factories" and published it @ https://architects.dzone.com/. Within the article I discuss the motivation for Software Factories, the basic building blocks, and how Software Factories can be realized especially in smaller teams. Furthermore, I show the potential benefits this approach has for smaller software development projects. The article is based on the experiences described in the book "Practical Software Factories in .NET", and my more current work with Software Factories in industry projects.
