Instead, the systems integrator sought to build on applications its customers had to minimize user resistance. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;CACI turned to Microsoft Corp., whose popular office applications are used by about 90 percent of government agencies. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;“We didn’t want to start from scratch, but wanted to go with something that users were familiar with; so that the rate of adoption became very easy,” said Ravi Dankanikote, a CACI vice president. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The result was CACI Enterprise Budget, built on a Microsoft Dynamics enterprise resource planning product. At the end of the day, DCAA identifies and evaluates activities which either contribute to or have an impact on proposed or incurred costs of government contracts.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
