Metro Portal is Now Live for Partners!
The Rhythms Operations team is pleased to announce that ISV DEs may begin inviting partners into Metro Portal. We gathered great feedback during the past week while the Portal was open to our internal audiences, and are continuing to implement enhancements. We appreciate everyone’s feedback and patience during this process. Please review the topics below prior to sending invitations.
What is Metro?
•While there are seven technologies that we’re focusing on this year, Metro provides a programmatic approach to early adoption that ensures a framework for a repeatable engagement that produces consistent results.
•High quality training, labs, technical support, and other means of knowledge transfer delivered by experts.
•Structured method of producing evidence, references, and deployable applications that exploit one or more features or functionality in a new product release.
What happened to Ascend and Touchdown?
Many of you have been engaged in the Ascend and Touchdown early adoption programs. These two programs have evolved into one, under the umbrella of “Metro.”
•Over the past two years, the Ascend and Touchdown engagement models have steadily improved
•The programs became similar in terms of the partner experience, so the need to consolidate them and simplify the process was obvious
