Tech·Ed 2006 - An Interview with McLean Schofield

One of the writers on my team, McLean Schofield, recently returned from a week at Tech·Ed 2006 in Boston. He went to help the product team (Visual Studio Tools for Office) in the demo booth and to talk with customers about their experiences with the product and with the documentation. McLean talks about his interactions with customers, and how conferences can help writers understand their audience.
