Verizon Sued for not Being Open

I have many customers who are using open-source solutions in their data center. Most of those solutions are extend and customize with their own code. Keep in mind in most cases under the GPL you have to make those customizations available to the public.

So how do you maintain a competitive advantage when you have to show your competitor the code? I don't know but Verizon is going to have to figure that out. Something to think about when considering open source solutions.
