Our Pre Production Environment is experiencing problems right now (Jan 22, 2009 ~ 12pm PST). Please post your concerns and comments in case this is affecting you. Please note that Application Configuration Center toolset is down owing to this. We will post and update here soon as this issue is resolved.
Update: (Jan 22, 2009 5:45 PM PST) Everything in PPE is back up and running.
