Switching Connection center to use the developer or consumer environment.

UPDATE (4 Feb 2009): You probably need to download and install the HealthVault SDK in order to see the "Services" menu in HealthVault Connection Center. UPDATE (3 Feb 2009): Connection center can send device data either to the HealthVault Consumer Environment

Developer Environment Upgrade & URL Change

We are upgrading the HealthVault Developer Environment hardware so that its topology will mirror that of the HealthVault Consumer Environment. The new development servers which will show up at a new domain – healthvault-ppe.com instead of microsofthealthbeta.com.
